IP2World login and account help
If you are trying to sign in with credentials from the old IP2World dashboard or the S5 Manager, they will not work — and the problem is not your browser or your password.

Accounts live at ip2world.com/login. An account is an email address and a password; creating one takes a few seconds and costs nothing. Once you connect Telegram we credit 1 GB of rotating residential traffic to your dashboard so you can test before you spend anything.
Inside the dashboard you can see the traffic remaining on each plan, generate HTTP and SOCKS5 credentials for any country we cover, choose rotating or sticky sessions, and read your order history. It works in the browser on desktop and mobile; there is nothing to install.
What happened to my old account and balance
The old panel, its authentication servers and its billing records were retired in early 2026 and were not transferred. We cannot look up an old account, read its balance or restore credit from it, because that data was never handed over — it is not a policy decision on our side.
We would rather say that plainly than keep you hoping. Two practical points follow from it. First, an account created here is new: same brand, same infrastructure, separate ledger. Second, be careful with anyone who offers to "recover your IP2World balance" for a fee. There is no mechanism by which that could work, and the offer is a reliable sign of a scam. We will never ask you to pay to recover anything.
If the current login is giving you trouble
The confirmation email has not arrived
Check spam first, then open your dashboard and press the resend button in the banner at the top. Corporate mail filters are the usual culprit; a personal address almost always gets through. If nothing arrives after two attempts, write to support@ip2world.com from the address you registered with and we will confirm it manually.
Wrong password
Passwords are stored hashed, so nobody here can read yours back to you. Email support@ip2world.com from the registered address and we will reset it.
The dashboard loads but shows no plans
Plans appear after a payment confirms on-chain, which usually takes a couple of minutes and occasionally longer when the network is congested. Orders waiting on confirmation are listed on the dashboard with their status, so nothing disappears silently. If an order has been sitting at "awaiting payment" for more than an hour after you sent funds, send us the order reference.
Proxies authenticate but pass no traffic
Nine times out of ten the port is wrong for the protocol: HTTP and SOCKS5 use different ports, and each generated line already carries the correct one. Copy the whole line rather than reassembling it by hand. If it still fails, tell us the country you selected, the protocol, and what you saw — timeout, authentication failure or a block page.
Reaching a human
Support is support@ip2world.com, answered by the people who run the service, in English and Chinese, normally well within a business day. Status notices and maintenance windows are posted to our Telegram channel, @Ip2WorldSocks5, before anywhere else.
What happened, in one paragraph
The original IP2World storefront, dashboard and S5 Manager client were retired in early 2026 and never came back. The domain, the brand and the infrastructure changed hands, and IP2World now sells rotating residential proxies directly on this site: you buy a prepaid traffic allowance, your credentials appear in your dashboard within a minute of payment, and you use them with any tool that speaks HTTP or SOCKS5. There is nothing to install and no client to log into.
